QM order in notification issue

Hi,

I am try to create QM order for notification, I have used this function couple of times in my previous projects.

But it is really annoying me this time around.

I have set the bits in IMG,

* KOT2 for my order type copy of QN01.

* Maintained the costing parameters by Plant... ( costing variant PPP3 )

* Acc agmnt for QM order with Business area.

Still it is popping message KO119 ( Order type  does not exist ).

Any guess.
