Error message" Target values not found" while RR and UD.

Hello Experts,

Please help me out on , while doing the UD for particular lot system is telling " Target values not found" where do i maintain target values in QM. There is one place i find target values field in MIC, i have maintained even though system is through error message.

What could be the reason.Appreciate for your quick response.
