Assigned Object tab for F2 single notification for multiple serial numbers

Hi All,

If i am creating notification by manually using T code QM01 for type F2 then i am able to put multiple serial numbers into Item tab --->assigned objects

But for automatic generation of notification (F2) after result recording it should generate single notification. this is not happening also it's not showing assigned tab into those notifications

i want to generate single notification which can have multiple serial numbers rejection in one lot.

for this we have  already activated required business function.

can some one guide me what is missing in cofig or master data ?
