UD Code has mandatory in QA01,QA02

Dear Experts,

   While transferring the stock from quality inception to unrestricted, I want put UD code has mandatory in QA01,QA02.

   Please find the attachment.Kindly provide me the steps to maintain the UD has mandatory.
