QM Order for Quality Notification

Hi,

I am not a quality consultant but have some knowledge in the module.

I am having trouble in quality notification.

I have created a QM order for a  quality notification.

But when I create an initial inspection lot in the notification, the QM order does not get assigned to the inspection lot.

Could someone help me out here?
